Tuscom Subdivision Consultants was founded in 1989 by Licensed Surveyor James Teoh, who previously worked in government organisations such as The Valuer Generals Office and the State Lands Department. His vision was to create a company which would tailor its services to suit each client’s individual needs.

Through hard work and determination James has built an extremely large wealth of knowledge and assembled a highly trained team of professionals who are proficient in the disciplines of land development, project management, engineering, planning and surveying. Tuscom has built its excellent reputation by solving complex planning issues and meeting tight timeframes.
